Broken after third use
The product was knocked on the floor and the top snapped off completely. I had this product for two days and had opened it three times.

Black Plastic Index Card Box - functional for short duration
Item is fine for routine use. However if using this item in an office/department setting where the lid is opened/closed repeatedly the lid separates from the box quickly. I've been ordering 2 boxes quarterly because they don't last. Thicker plastic needed or a redesign at the "hinge" point of the box would make this a better product.

Not as high-quality as I have come to expect from Quill
I am disappointed in the index card holder. It doesn't click shut and is a bit warped.

Great product
Product was delivered quickly and is perfect for our needs. We saved money purchasing from Quill versus running from store to store.

Top doesnt close
The product was sturdy however it did not close at all.
