I ordered (and received) 5mm pencils but the pack of lead that came in the package is 7mm. Package was sealed so I'm assuming it was a PaperMate quality control issue...

Amazing product!!!
I got the PM CLEARPOINT 0.5MM 3CT STARTER SET above a month ago or so. The pencils are wonderful I love using them the grip is so comfortable to write with and so smooth. Just what I needed
I prefer to use pencil on all of my files for work, so that I can reuse them after I’m done, saving the agency money is always a plus, right? They write very smoothly and the lead lasts quite a while. It’s easy to replace the lead when it does run out. The eraser works great and fully erases whatever I need it to!

Well balanced pencil
Stay sharp on your best days with this awesome pencil and smooth eraser. I really like the weight, balance and feel of this pencil. I would definitely recommend it to anyone who writes for extended periods of time.

Always sharp
I love the Papermate Clearpoint mechanical pencils. They give a nice crisp line when writing and drawing. I really enjoyed having the additional erasers and lead that is included in the set because I didn’t have to worry about running out for a while

Soft and comfortable
I received the Clearpoint Starter Kit from the Try It Community. The ink is always clear and not smeared. It's easy and comfortable to hold especially with someone with carpal tunnel. I really like these pens

Great Pencils
The Paper Mate mechanical pencils are great. This all my son likes to use for his school work. They have a nice grip on them and comfortable in your hand. This kit comes with 3 pencils, 3 back up erasers, and back up lead. I like that he can just buy lead too to refill if needed. Color options are good. They last a long time too before needing to refill.

I love these pencils
I absolutely love these mechanical pencils. I have always preferred mechanical pencils over wooden pencils, and these are honestly the best ones that I have used. I love how the eraser is, it is nicer than others.

Love these Pencils
I live these mechanical pencils. They are always the first thing I reach for when I need a writing instrument. The kiddos love them, too. A great feature of these is the eraser that screws in and out. Erases very efficiently and leaves no marks behind.

Smooth writing
These are my sons absolutely favorite mechanical pencils. They write smooth without smearing of the lead and that is a big plus. They are easy to refill too with a clean erase! They are great and I highly recommend them.

Comfortable to use
These are the most comfortable mechanical pencils I have used in a long time. I like having the button to get more lead on the side of the pencil versus the top because when it is on the top, I often push out more lead when using the eraser. Easy Hold Smooth Writing
The packaging for these pencils is easy to open and displays the pencils in an excellent manner. I live the grip handle on these pencils as at times my hands shake. Awesome Pencils
Love this set from Paper Mate. You get 3 top notch mechanical pencils, lead refill, and huge refill erasers. The pencils are lightweight and comfortable in the hand. The lead is bold and creates crisp lines and a generously sized eraser that actually erases and doesn’t smear!

Great for school
My kids love this mechanical pencils and much prefer them to regular pencils.
This set comes with 3 pencils, 1 lead refill and 3 erasers, perfect kit for school.

Great quality but east to smudge
The quality of these pens is amazing, no doubt. The tip is a little too think to my liking, and, as a result, you have to be careful to make sure the inc completely dries out before you touch it. I’ll probably get finer tips next time.

Great Pencil!
These Paper Mate mechanical pencils are great pencils. They have a comfortable grip that makes writing easy without putting strain on your hand. I like that this kit comes with extra lead and erasers. Lots of bang for your buck!

Works Great
These pencils work well and are really comfortable in your hand. They are easy to use. The tip always writes well and they are easy to refill. The erasers are also replaceable which is nice. These are a great tool to have.
