Get away from the "butterfly" filing system
I had not used one before, but a coworker mentioned how it cleared up their desk and while I was a bit skeptical at first, it is a simple and effective way to get away from piles of paper on your desk

Not designed like the old ones.
The design and construction of the product has changed. It does not compare to the ones we bought years and years ago. The plastic sorters are smaller and slide up and down the track.
