Great letter opener
Awesome letter opener. After having it for a while now it continues to impress. Help tip: set opener on desk insert mail and let the machine do the rest. Do not try to feed it. It will do it automatically.

Worked for a Few Letters
I needed help opening about 300 letters. It worked beautifully for the first 11 letters. After that it started just squishing the letters instead of cutting them.

Works well!
So much easier than a traditional envelope opener. This machine cuts through the envelopes quickly. I run the short side rather than the long edge.

Loud and Distracting
It seemed to have worked fine but it's not quiet as described. Very loud and distracting. Returned to the store.

Size is good but sometimes won't stop
The first one we bought was good but died after many years of use. The second one we bought had some sort of electrical problem. It would keep running even when no letter was going through. We finally had to remove the batteries when it wouldn't shut off. The third one has been ok so far.

Only lasted about 20 letter openings and jammed up - can not fix - no longer works

Its' loud
Works well, but is very loud. If you are in a cubicle type setting where others are sitting around you, they will get annoyed very fast.
