Love it
I bought one at my previous job and made sure that I had one for this position. I hate licking envelopes making this a must-have office piece for me. If your envelopes are getting too wet you have too much water in it. I tried using the bottles with the sponge tips and just had water everywhere. This is definitely worth the price.

Moistener not what we really needed.
We could not get it to moisten the Envelopes good enough for them to stick with this. As far as the size it was a great side.

Keep this at the register
Plastic bags are hard to break apart. When you have a line and are in a hurry bagging a sale these work great to get just one bag.

many passes just to stick!
This item isn't practical for a business. I have to slide the envelope over it a number of times before it is moist enough to stick. I find it easier and faster to use a sponge applicator which was also much cheaper.
