These are pocket files not true manila folder!
Product description needs to make this more obvious that this employee file folder is not a true folder but a pocket folder. This makes it difficult to add more documents over the lifetime of the employee.

Employee File
This employee record file is nice but it does Not expand. I could not find this same file that will expand to 1 1/2 or 2 inches on your website which is much better and what we use. If you have this file that expands I would like the item number.

Personnel records
Our HR person has been using these same employee record files for some time now and always goes back for these when we are in a hiring mode. They work really well to keep everything together for the employees.

Love these!
We use these with every new hire. We are able to put all the pertinent information on the outside of the jacket for payroll to set the employee up in the system without going through all the paperwork inside plus it expands to hold papers relevant to their employment with us. We've never had to return them because of flimsy construction.
