Great Scanner!
Our old Canon scanner we had since 2013 was quite the workhorse and certainly got our money out of the machine. We bought another ImageFormula DR-C240 as a replacement and is very pleased with the purchase price that we bought another for an additional work station. Quiet and reliable!

HORRIBLE
Bought this scanner a little over a year ago. It's the worst scanner ever. It doesn't like to grab the pages. You have to help each page to be scanned. Sometimes, it will eat the pages. Sometimes it grabs multiple pages at once causing a double feed, or there is a paper jam. Worst purchase ever!

Nightmare
My office replaced our old scanners with the Cannon DR-C240. It has been a nightmare. The old scanner had it's problems, but this one you have to sit and beg it to feed the paper through. It also
has paper jams. If you have a solution, please let me know.

Great product
We bought two of these and they are great little scanners. We rarely have a problem and the scans come thru very clear.
