I have not received it yet. It is considered missing so I am getting it resent to me. Hopefully this time I can leave a more favorable review. I have carpal tunnel and I do believe that gel mouse pad will help out a lot.

Doesn't track
I loved the wrist rest and actually cut it off because my mouse wouldn't track. The mouse kept jumping all over. I am using a Logitech MX Vertical mouse. Did not work with Logi M705 either

Not comfortable
Not a comfortable design my palm gets caught in the grove between the swirls and the pad surface is that material that gives me the chills. It's a nice look but not comfortable for me I prefer the basic design...
