It's OEM quality - and now OEM price!
The key word is 'original'! The trouble is that now it's getting more difficult - and more expensive - to find and purchase OEM cartridges. Compatible ones are far cheaper - and far worse in output quality. If HP want to encourage me to replace my Samsung with a HP equivalent machine it would become more cost-effective.

Wrong cartridge on website
I own a Samsung Xpress mx2843 laser printer and the hp website had this cartridge as the original replacement. The cartridge is not for the printer specified and had to be returned.

Buy with confidence
Nothing like OEM cartridges. I've wasted time and money trying to save a few buck by buying generic toner cartridges that don't fit or that dump their contents into the printer. This product works as it should.
