Just get it wet. This Quick Dam Hi-Vis barrier grows to full size of 3.5" high in 10 minutes. Absorbs 8 gal. of water. Contains a super-absorbent powder that swells and gels water. Swelled barrier contains, controls, and diverts dirty water. Durable and high-visibility for safety. No need for sand or labor filling product.
