This Stainless Steel Digital Stem Thermometer features an easy-to-read LCD display, which updates automatically every two seconds. The R2000 contact thermometer is capable of measuring -40 to 450 degrees Fahrenheit (-40 to 230 Celsius) and includes an easily accessible calibration screw for quick adjustments.
