How OmniJoin Works

OmniJoin offers state-of-the-art web and video conferencing with multi-party video capability and smoothly synched audio. With simple desktop controls, it lets you see colleagues clearly, share and mark up files, and instantly play videos.

Easy to Use

  1. Set up your meeting "room"
After creating an OmniJoin account, log in to access your personal meeting "room" and scheduling tools, and update your settings.
  2. Invite attendees
Whether you're setting up a meeting in advance, organizing a recurring meeting, or scheduling a last-minute touch-base, using OmniJoin is easy. Just set up the meeting date/time, then add contacts from either your Live Contacts List or your Outlook®. You can even invite people to join the meeting after it has started.
  3. Collaborate and share
With OmniJoin collaboration tools meeting hosts and participants can share computer desktops, documents and live media in real time without impacting video or sound quality. Plus, it's easy to annotate and edit files together then send them out to the team.
  4. Record meetings
When it's really time to focus, hosts can record meetings on their computer for playback and note-taking later or store them on the cloud and send anyone a link for viewing.
