In-Store Redemption

  1. Print the coupon on this page.
  2. Bring it to a Staples® store.
  3. Present the printed coupon to the Staples associate at the checkout counter.

Phone Redemption

  1. Write down or print out the 5-digit coupon code (91985).
  2. Place a phone order by calling 1-800-333-3330. Make sure your total order meets the minimum purchase requirement of the coupon offer.
  3. Give the coupon code to the Staples Customer Service Representative handling your order.

Online Redemption

  1. When you’ve finished shopping, click the “Begin Secure Checkout” button from your cart.
  2. In your cart, click on “Add/Edit Coupons & Rewards.” Enter the code and click “Apply.” Proceed to Checkout.
  3. If you’ve met the minimum purchase requirements, the value of the coupon will appear on the “Review your order” page and will be subtracted from your total.
