Clean multiple surfaces with this 84.5-ounce SUMA Break-Up SC heavy-duty foaming Grease-Release cleaner J-fill.
Use this foaming degreaser to break down and remove oils, fats, proteins, and grease from surfaces such as stainless steel, plastic, masonry, and even hard-to-clean grout. Designed to meet government standards for use in professional settings, this 2-count SUMA Break-Up cleaner cleans fast without the need for scrubbing or rinsing.
- Highly alkaline, solvent-free grease-release cleaner for removing protein, fats, grease, oils, and other food soils in a food preparation environment
- Multiple dilution rates (1:60, 1:120)
- 84.5 oz. J-Fill bottle; two bottles per carton
- Contains active ingredients including cocamidopropyl betaine, alcohol ethoxylates, and lauryl dimethyl amine oxide
- Pale yellow, with a very low characteristic surfactant scent
- Certifications and standards: Meets or exceeds CFIA, NSF, Kosher standards
- pH level: 12.9 (concentrate), 11.25 (use dilution 1:60)
- Effective on most surfaces, such as stainless steel, masonry, plastic, and tile
- Can be used in multiple cleaning methods (foaming, spraying, mopping, brushing, or wiping) reducing the need for several specialty cleaners
- Suitable for use in supermarket meat-cutting, seafood, bakery, deli, and produce areas, institutional kitchens, and food plants
- Designed for use on all resilient and non-resilient floors including sealed wood and cork
- Bottle and label are color-coded to match dispensing equipment and accessories making employee training easier
