School may stop for summer, but learning never should. Summer Bridge Activities: Bridging Grades 56 gives students a head start for their sixth-grade year by challenging them with creative cross-curricular exercises that keep their minds fresh and skill s sharp. The workbook helps prevent summer learning loss by reviewing skills from the previous school year and previewing skills for the next grade. Review fifth-grade skills such as comparing decimals and using commas while preparing for sixth-grade sk ills such as ratios and word connotations.
