The result is an outstanding release performance, 3x better than traditional nonstick cookware. This 12-In. Deep Fry Pan is made with an extra-thick forged aluminum base for optimal heat distribution and even cooking. Its Bakelite handle is oven safe up to 350°F, with or without the lid. This fry pan is ideal for large meals, 1 pot meals, or even cinnamon rolls for brunch! The pan is easy to clean and dishwasher safe.
