Different Handle Shapes of TRU RED Scissors
These products come with two different handle types or loops. The most common is the offset, which has one blade that’s longer than the other and allows the hand to open wider during use. These handles are two different sizes. The smaller loop is for the thumb, and the pointer, pinky, ring, and middle fingers fit into the other loop; some users prefer to keep one finger outside for extra stability while cutting. Opposing handles are equal in shape and blade length. Both types have straight blades.

TRU RED forged scissors are available in three sizes, ranging from 5 inches to 8 inches. For children ages four to 11 years, pick the 5-inch units. What Are the Different Blade Coatings for TRU RED Scissors?
There are three different blade coatings for the brand’s cutting tools: nonstick titanium, stainless steel, and titanium. All three are durable and rust-resistant. Titanium is a slightly darker color than stainless steel.
