The XBLUE QB1 telephone system bundle includes popular business features such as automated attendant, voice mail with individual boxes for every user, call announce intercom/paging, conferencing, and fully integrated cell phone system extensions. In addition, many advanced features are included to enhance business efficiency and productivity. Voice mail message delivery to email, call queues and other call center functions, detailed call and usage reporting, and call recording are among the advanced capabilities included with the QB1 system. There are no licensing fees required to turn on advanced features.

- Can be located at home or remote offices to operate exactly the same as system phones located at the main office
- High-visibility LCD color screen shows call details, call logs, and other information related to the active call
- Includes 35 programmable buttons for hold, transfer, conference, volume adjustment, mute, redial, phone book, call logs, and more
- User's desk phone and cell phone extension can be programmed to be the exact same, so incoming calls will ring both phones at the same time
- Remote user can access lines, make intercom calls, and use system features in exactly the same manner as users at the main office
- Incoming call automation starts with the automated attendant or IVR, where callers can select from an audio menu or dial an extension number or other system destination
- Features fully customized menu choices and announcements for your business
- Includes a dial-by-name directory to streamline access to individual system users
- Access to Conference Calls is simplified by enabling callers to select Conference Call Rooms
- Ring groups simultaneously alert groups of employees of incoming calls, while call queues may be set up to automatically place calls on hold and play custom announcements to inform callers of their approximate wait time
- For security and improvement of customer service, audio recordings of phone calls may be captured and saved
- Bundle contains: seven IP8g phones, phone system server
- 1-year manufacturer limited warranty
