The price was right, not too expensive for a stamp. However, when you stamp the back of a check, the ink bleeds through to the front of the check. Where it bleeds to the front, you cannot read the writing on the check, the stamp ink is so dark. I will be returning this for credit.

The little picture of the bank in red came out nice and bright. The blue lettering was very faint. I am assuming this is a defective one and will be returning it for another. I will test it in the store before purchasing this time. Very annoying to find something doesn't work AFTER one gets home. The 2-star rating of NEEDS THAT SOMETHING SPECIAL - needs blue ink that one can read. IF I get one that works right, I would recommend it to a friend.

Difficult product to find. Out of stock at one local store, only one in stock at the other local store (I bought it).
Not sure yet how long the ink will last, or how to "refill" it.
Using it to endorse multiple checks for a volunteer organization deposits.

The stamp is a little cartoonish but, i like that it extremely easy to use and clean. The bottom is closed, when you pressed down to stamp, the bottom opens and stamp, when you finish it auto close -- no mess. Love it!
