I like the fact I can flip the pages easily. The only problematic issue is the pages easily tear from the wired binding.

Suggestions to the manaufacturer: put a thin plastic laminant at the binding area and shorten the width and the length by w=1inch and l-1.5 inches to fit the newer glove compartments that range from small to large. Trucks have larger glove compartments but the newer cars are smaller.

I find this product bulkier than I'd like for keeping in the car, it won't slip into an average size handbag to carry into the office, so I need a free hand or time is needed to tuck it in something else I'm carrying. It's not the most comprehensive for auto deductions. It offers plenty of space for recording mileage information when compared to the little lines and spaces of smaller, more convenient sized pocket versions. This is a plus for those who write larger or where bi- or tri-focal lenses which can require head adjustments to focus their vision. The lines are easy to follow when copying or inputting the data onto another system.

I bought this mileage keeper booklet for my road trips. I wanted to have a record of all business mileage so that I could easily transfer the information to my income tax records. The book is a good size and has a nice thick cover and nice spiral binding, easy enough to fit a pen or pencil inside the spiral, although it's a little too large and the pen/pencil keeps falling straight through it. When I opened the booklet and tried to write inside, I was totally confused. The text was fine, but the format was terrible. It's run-on, in different colors, which is what threw me off. Without instructions, it's impossible to know what I'm supposed to enter in the right place.

This is a good way to keep mileage records. It does not have enough space to list all travels but it still does the trick. The account can use the booklet entries for tax purposes.
