These are used for filing papers dealing with one-time events, i.e. transfer, funeral and marriage. They fit perfectly on the shelving in my office and the info is easily retrieved.

I use these for some of my smaller clients. They have extra pockets so I label them by the months of the year, any credit cards they may have, or miscellaneous things. Then I also leave a pocket reserved for the business tax return and one for the personal tax return. This has the whole year in one folder and is much easier to store.
