This was a sturdy insert for standard CD jewel cases that survived several printings (inkjet then a U-path laser pass on each side), but separated without effort by bending once in each direction. My only problem is that I could not find a template that matched it exactly and had to print the front and back sections separately with a printer adjustment in between (-4 vertically if that helps). Supposedly there is Staples software, but I could not find it.

These labels do not line up as well as the named brands, e.g. Memorex.
Sub-par in performance. If you have a design that doesn't have to go edge to edge, you'll be okay, but most CD case inserts do go edge to edge so these won't work.
I have tried the product on numerous occaisons and none of them have been of quality.
And, the program I use to make labels is not Staples/or name brand, it is it's own brand. However, Memorex and other brands work just fine - it's just the Staples brands that do not work properly.
Don't buy in a pinch - wait for the name brand to be restocked.
Comments about Staples® Jewel Case Inserts, 20/Pack:
I have purchased this item numerous times over the past 2-3 years. The price on the shelf says [$] but when the item is rung up, it read[$] Then I have to drag the sales person over to the shelf to show the marked price. I don't want to pay the higher price but why has the shelf price remained wrong over the years? It's a waste of time for everyone.
