    I made a terrible mistake by not reading the description of this product more carefully. I just needed center tab folders. I have no use for the secure feature and I can't imagine why anyone would. I couldn't even use these folders by ripping the flap off, because the folders are shorter than standard folders. The package is torn, otherwise I would return them. I would donate them, but that just seems mean.
