Im still in school and I use these pens everday I have no others, they may be gel inks that should run out fast but I bought these in September now its only almost November and the ink is only halfway gone Also if you buy these pens and they start to fade out and the ink doesn't run evenly out then tap the pen ONCE hard and the ink should flow again usually this isn't neccesary

The first package I received from Staples a few of the pens didn't even work at all. So i called in and they resent me a new pack.. Same thing. I still have roughly 3 pens that don't work at all out of the box and a few that stop writing completly and you can STILL see ink in them.

I use the product on a everyday basis of just writing down calls in the call book. Very small business that I work in with only 3 employees. So these pens are not getting overused. Maybe 6 calls a day and some mild sticky note use.
When these pens DO work they are AWESOME. It's too bad that can't fix this issue.

I wanted to like these pens as the colors are very pretty, however from the first use the pens never flowed smoothly. I did give them a good shake and that seemed to get them moving.

I have seven pens left that seem to write ok for now but the second they skip they will be in the trash. I will try another make when they run out.

I had bought the retractable one's and was in need of the assorted colors and this type with the cap. But when I bought the retractable the one's that came in with the cap were damaged and didn't work. Then I ordered these and half of them don't work they write and stop and don't work anymore. I really like these and the grip. I don't know what you could do to find some that work. Because these haven't work very well. Could you please let me know [$] I paid would like for them to work not just a couple.
