As a small business, we try to keep expenses low so when one of our computers began to shut off after only a few minutes' use, I was concerned we were facing a capital expense to replace it. Assuming it was either an issue with the power cord or worse, connection to the motherboard I purchased the universal laptop charger. I figured if it turns out to be internal to the computer, at least this would be useful with other machines. I located the correct tip for the HP low profile desktop computer and all my fears were erased. The power supply works perfectly so for under $50 I was back up and running in 30 minutes!

Not compatable with Fujitsu A550

I can not speak to this product's use, since I will have to return it. Although listed as compatible with Fujitsu equipment, it is not compatible with the A550 laptop.

I am disappointed, not with the product, but with its compatibility.

I am attaching photos of the "P" tip (red) that is supposed to be compatible and of the Fujitsu supplied charger tips.

I bought two of these. From two different stores on consecutive days. One worked perfectly and the other didn't work at all! I am EXTREMELY disappointed. We bought another one some time ago and the wire inside it broke. We fixed it and it broke again! I am not happy with this product whatsoever.

My power adaptor broke on a Tuesday and I had work to get done. Waiting two days for the laptop manufacturer to send a replacement was too long. I needed to maintain power to my laptop, so I could continue working. This adaptor did the trick. Make sure to call the hotline on the back of the package before purchase, to ensure that it is compatible your specific laptop model.
