The Cardinal 1-inch legal slant D-ring binder is designed for repeated reference and use. Its covers are clad in 14-gauge vinyl for added durability, and its hinges are constructed with highly flexible XtraLife material that is resistant to cracking and splitting. A BlindEdge Weld attaches the covers to the spine securely.
