Accuform Signs® "DANGER DO.." 5 3/4" x 3 1/4" PF-Cardstock bilingual lockout tag in red/black on white color is used to indicate potential, type or degree of hazard and has plain hole of 3/8" for easy installation.
Accuform Signs® "DANGER DO.." PF-Cardstock bilingual lockout tag has matte surface that helps you to write easily with pen or marker. Tag helps prevent accidental or unexpected start up when working on equipment and machinery, sold as 25 per pack.
