Accuform Signs® "OUT.." RP-Plastic status tag in red/black on white color features two blank lined areas at the bottom which reads "Signed By" and "Date" and has the logo written in red and white on both sides, sold as 25 per pack.
Accuform Signs® "OUT.." RP-Plastic status tag is made of 15 mil rigid material that is resistant to water and chemicals. Tag measuring 5 3/4" x 3 1/4" reads "Do Not Remove This Tag" and "See Other Side" at the back, sold as 25 per pack.
