Accuform Signs® "OK TO USE" RP-Plastic status tag in white/black on red color measuring 5 3/4" x 3 1/4" has a thickness of 15 mil. Tag can resist water, chemical and includes signed by and date labels at the bottom, sold as 25 per pack.
