Accuform Signs® "DO NOT.." 5.75" x 3.25" RP-Plastic status tag in white/black on red color has 0.375" hole for easy installation and prohibits the use of a machine or device with both side reading, sold as 25 per pack.
Accuform Signs® "DO NOT.." RP-Plastic status tag in white/black on red color measuring 5.75" x 3.25" has a thickness of 10 mil. Tag can resist water, chemical and includes signed by and date labels at the bottom, sold as 25 per pack.

- 15-mil thick rigid plastic, relatively bendable
