Accuform Signs® Standard lockout kit provides the necessary equipment in a durable plastic box with carry handle. Kit includes 3 steel padlocks, 0.75" shackle, 50 labels for padlocks and 25 HS laminate lockout tags.

- Includes 2 lockout scissor hasps, 1" opening, STOPOUT® Aluma-Tag™ hasp, 1.5" opening, 3 x steel padlocks, 0.75" shackle, 50 labels for padlocks, 25 HS-laminate lockout tags
- 2 STOPOUT® circuit breaker lockouts, 25 STOPOUT® circuit breaker lockout tab tags, STOPOUT® StopPlug™ multi plug lockout
