About this product
Adams job invoice two-part white unit sets provide easy ways to bill customers at the point of service.
Works well for service industry business owners who have point-of-service transactions billed for a later date. Fill in each blank space for accuracy so you can track your billables for your accounts receivable department.

Fill-In Forms
Each form has plenty of space for employees to fill in. At the top, denote the customer's address, contact information and the date of the order. The left column has 20 rows for materials, while seven rows on the upper-right leave space for the nature of the service work. Lines for miscellaneous charges and hourly work keep running totals for service work. At the bottom of the form, your employees fill out total charges, the date they completed the work and a grand total. The customer can sign the form agreeing to the charges for legal purposes.
Many Uses
These form sets have a wide range of uses, including for service and repair businesses that sell professional services to customers. Think plumbers, contractors, electricians, dry cleaners, HVAC companies and firms that employ labor-intensive work.
Accurate Records
Because your team keeps one copy, you maintain more accurate records. Fill in the company stamp portion at the top, or write out a job number for easy retrieval later. File your copy away at the end of the work day before calculating the health of your bottom line.
