    • BioBlock treatment inhibits growth of mold and mildew on the tile surface
    • Fire Guard ensures a fire-resistive ceiling when used in applicable UL assemblies
    • HumiGuard Plus offers sag and humidity resistance; recommended for areas subject to high humidity up to (but not including) standing water and outdoor applications
    • Made of wet-formed mineral fiber in a factory-applied white latex paint finish

    • Features a durable, scratch-resistant surface
