This product is designed to remove many layers of floor finish in less time with less effort and no rinsing. When used as directed, Emulsinator prepares floors for recoating without the need for neutralizing.

- This product can be used on: VCT, VAT, Asphalt Asbestos Tile, Natural Stone, Terazzo, Brick, Ceramic Tile, Conrete.
- Chemical active Ingredients: 2-butoxyethanol, potassium hydroxide, ethanolamine
- Rinse-free, low-foaming, and leaves no alkaline residue
- Powerful formula cuts through layers of old finish in minutes
- Pretest on a small area; color bleeding or discoloration may occur on linoleum, rubber tile, or asphalt tile
- Comes in an easy-to-use bag-in-box packaging
- Recommended for removing water-based acrylic floor finishes from all types of resilient tile and hard surfaces
- Not recommended for stripping linoleum or sheet vinyl floors
