When used as directed, Emulsinator prepares floors for recoating without the need for neutralizing.

    • Floor finish stripper designed to remove many layers of floor finish in less time with less effort and no rinsing
    • Capacity: 5 gal.
    • Features a spicy sassafras scent
    • This product can be used on: VCT, VAT, Asphalt Asbestos Tile, Natural Stone, Terazzo, Brick, Ceramic Tile, Conrete.
    • Chemical active Ingredients: 2-butoxyethanol, potassium hydroxide, ethanolamine
    • Rinse-free, low-foaming, and leaves no alkaline residue
    • Powerful formula cuts through layers of old finish in minutes
    • Pretest on a small area; color bleeding or discoloration may occur on linoleum, rubber tile, or asphalt tile
    • Comes in an easy-to-use bag-in-box packaging
    • Recommended for removing water-based acrylic floor finishes from all types of resilient tile and hard surfaces
    • Not recommended for stripping linoleum or sheet vinyl floors
