This Betco Pine Quat neutral pH disinfectant cleans and deodorizes without leaving a film or dulling surfaces. The disinfectant is simple to use, cleans, deodorizes, and disinfects in one easy operation. No harsh alkali to attack floor finish. Effectively controls the growth of mold and mildew, plus the odors caused by them, when applied to hard, nonporous surfaces such as walls, floors, and table tops.
