The scissor mechanism deployed provides an excellent typing experience and a long service life. The three CAPS LOCK, NUM and SCROLL keys each have an integrated status LED. The CHERRY KC 6000 SLIM also has six additional keys: "Windows lock", "Open browser", "Quieter", "Louder", "Mute" and "Open calculator". The built-in metal plate makes the keyboard particularly stable, and the rubber feet ensure that it does not slip.
