This 1U rackmount uninterruptible power supply (UPS) provides battery backup power and surge protection for connected equipment including servers, network devices, workstations, and telecom installations. Additional features include automatic voltage regulation (AVR) to correct minor fluctuations in utility power without switching to battery mode and a multifunction LCD to keep you informed about power conditions. The UPS also offers remote management capabilities with an optional network management card. The Smart App LCD OR500LCDRM1U comes with a three-year warranty (including coverage of batteries) and a $300,000 lifetime connected equipment guarantee.

Battery Backup & Surge Protection
The UPS's internal battery supplies power long enough for equipment to properly shut down when utility power fails. This helps prevent loss of data and minimizes the component stress caused by a hard shutdown. All outlets feature surge protection to divert excess voltage away from sensitive electronic equipment during a utility power surge or power spike to prevent damage.
Sine Wave Output & Automatic Voltage Regulation (AVR)
This UPS generates a sine wave output waveform that is identical to, or cleaner than, the utility company's power grid. Benefits of sine wave output include low total harmonic distortion, minimal electronic noise, and optimal line clarity. The UPS also features AVR, which increases utility power and maintains a safe voltage level without switching to battery mode. This conserves battery life for when it is needed the most and lessens the likelihood of data loss, memory freezes, and system crashes. Multifunction LCD with Color Display
The multifunction LCD displays immediate, detailed information on the UPS battery and power conditions, alerting you to potential problems before they can affect critical equipment and cause downtime. Color icons clearly communicate UPS status: green for normal, yellow for warning, and red for alerts that may require action. The multifunction LCD also tilts up to 22 degrees for easy viewing and allows you to customize the alarm, LCD display, and sensitivity settings on the UPS.
