This Flipside frameless chalkboard is a perfect size to use as a lapboard when in the classroom, home, or office. The black chalkboard works well for handwriting practice, equations, brainstorming, and creating fun designs. The rounded edges are designed for safety and comfort. For best results, it is recommended priming your chalkboard prior to use by taking the side of a chalk stick and rubbing it in the same direction until the entire surface of the board is filled. Then go the opposite direction and fill the board with another layer. Finally, use a felt eraser to wipe off the chalk on the board. A damp microfiber cloth can be used to clean the surface of your board. Do not oversaturate. Use with white or color chalk, chalk markers, and felt erasers. Hardboard backing is warp- and chip-resistant.
