Create an AutoRestock Order
To create or access AutoRestock subscriptions, you must be logged into your account on this site.
Visit AutoRestock Subscriptions by selecting the Orders menu > AutoRestock Subscriptions below the top-right navigation.
First Subscription
1. You will be brought to the AutoRestock page. To start setting up your first subscription, scroll down and click:
- Shop now in the How it works section.
- The Subscribe button on any of the items listed under Popular AutoRestock categories.
2. If you selected Shop now, the Shop AutoRestock page displays. Once you select the Subscribe button on a product here or if you did so under Popular AutoRestock categories, a drawer will extend from the right.
3. On the Set up AutoRestock drawer, choose your:
- Quantity of the item.
- First delivery arrival date (you must select a date no sooner than 6 days from today’s date).
- Delivery frequency (options range from every week to every year)
- Shipping address.
- Payment method
Select the checkbox confirming you understand you’ll be automatically charged based on the frequency of the subscription then select Set up AutoRestock.
Add a New Subscription
1. Select + New subscription.
2. The Create a new subscription drawer will extend from the right side. Enter and choose:
- Your subscription name.
- First delivery arrival date (you must select a date no sooner than 6 days from today’s date).
- Delivery frequency (options range from every week to every year)
- Delivery details such as who the order is being delivered to, suite/floor number, etc.
- Payment method
Select the checkbox confirming you understand you’ll be automatically charged based on the frequency of the subscription then select Create subscription.
3. Once on your subscription details page, click the Shop now button to begin adding items to your subscription.
4. When you select Subscribe on an item, a drawer will extend from the right for you to select the quantity and choose which subscription you want to add it to.
