Party City Happy New Year Light Up Necklace, Black (AM3902551)

Make a dazzling entrance with the Party City Happy New Year Light Up Necklace. This 36" plastic necklace spells out “Happy New Year” in glowing white letters strung along a black cord, with a battery pack at the back that powers two light-up modes you can switch with a simple on/off button. A rear snap closure keeps it securely in place, making it easy to put on and take off whether you’re dancing at midnight or posing for countdown photos. It’s a fun, hands-free way to add a little glow to any New Year’s look, and it stands out beautifully at dimly lit parties, bars, and big-bash celebrations. Hand them out as party favors or keep one for yourself to wear all night long. Pair it with Party City’s full collection of coordinating New Year’s Eve balloons, glasses, headbands, tableware, and decorations to make the whole celebration shine!
