Document Protection
Not only do the Staples D-ring binder's non-stick polyurethane covers protect the secured documents, but they also prevent the rings from becoming damaged, bent or misaligned. The archival-safe material does not grab toner or ink off the page, so papers do not become illegible. Under pressure, the rubberized edges and spine allow the binder's covers to flex for durability.

With the Staples Better view binder, 2" D-rings hold 25 percent more than traditional round rings, for a capacity of 540 sheets of 8.5" x 11" paper. Since the rings open and close at the touch of a finger, they are less likely to become misaligned, and documents can be rearranged easily.
