Paper Mate Retractable Black Pen
Just average. The "feel" in ones hand isn't real good. It's cheaply made (obvious). It's OK if you don't spend too much to buy the set.

Always satisfied
Staples products are great in terms of quality and price! The staff is helpful and courteous! We buy all of our office supplies in the Capistrano Beach store. They also allow us to recycle computer components!

Papermate Pens
I don’t like the quality of the pens. I have to scribble on scrap paper to get the ink flowing. I thought I was purchasing a fine point pen the point isn’t as fine as I thought it would be at a #1.

I really like the way this Paper Mate Inkjoy one writes. I wish the pad on it has a little more of a cushion though.

Was looking for a different pen that I had loved but ran out of the ink. Been looking for the same pen by Paper Mate BUT couldn’t find it. So I found this. Close not close enough to what I really wanted. But Good 👍🏼

Purchase of Cartridge and Pens
The staff was very helpful and told me where to find the special stationery I needed. I did need a credit and that was taken care of very efficiently.
