EXACTLY What I Needed!
Once I got this laptop cart put together (not as easy as it should have been, but not impossible, if you follow directions!), I quickly became impressed with my buying decision. It DOES telescope, tilt, and contain FOUR (4) usage/storage areas. A buddy of mine stopped by a couple of days ago and he was similarly impressed. He is planning to buy one to use in his classro...

Not heavy duty
Although this looks nice this was purchased for our principal to move from class to class. The shelf that holds the laptop does not tighten enough and the laptop has almost fallen a few times already (less than a week). The wheels are very small and hard to roll. We may return.

Ideal as a standing desk
Purchased during the COVID crisis for working from home. Ideal as a standing desk for myself (I'm 5'6'') with the retractable bars on either side that can telescope up or down to adjust for height. Top laptop table adjusts at different angles to tilt your device for ease of use.
