NOTICEABLE POOR PAPER SIZE and PAPER THICKNESS
Compared to purchasing Charmin ultra soft at other retail stores – especially Costco – their paper squares were larger in size and the thickness of the toilet paper itself was thicker. Big roll TP for family use
While I started to use this way of replacing household TP, it proved not to be as convenient as ordering it with my weekly groceries, so I switched. I was happy with the subscription with Staples, but it just wasn't as convenient.

They shrank
I like Charmin for the feel and the use. What I don't like is the fact that the "Mega Roll" is now just a regular roll of toilet paper. Not sure what the company is thinking but we the people can tell that they are no longer the same size as they were 3 years ago. Problems with tube and lint
I have been buying this for years. Recently I had two different issues with the product. First issue was about the toilet paper tube. It was all smashed and the toilet paper was stuffed inside the tube. A lot of the toilet paper was wasted as it was broke up and in pieces inside the tube and outside of the tube. Not tearing smooth. Disappointed!!!
I have bought the Charmin Ultra Soft several times now. the 1st couple of times they tear was nice and even. Now the last 2 purchases the tear is no different than the other Charmin products. Very disapointed.
