Unstable device
Just got this and it is unstable on both of our toilets. I'm afraid to use it. I will have to return it.

won't lock on
does the job but is dangerous because it won't lock on toilet and is tippy.

Cheap piece of junk
The threading on the lock located in the front is poorly designed and made. Unlocking it snapped the thread screw in two. Very disappointed having a product break after being out of the box 5 minutes.

So far ok
Bought for my mother for post surgery recovery. Works ok, but the seat can come off even when front screw is tightened by pulling up on the handle.
