No Answering Machine
It says cordless telephone system - it doesn't mention no answering machine it says to purchase a VM service. With the box torn I'm stuck.

I CAN’T PROCEED WITHOUT THE INSTRUCTION BOOKLET!!!
THE MOST IMPORTANT THING I WANT TO KNOW IS WHERE IS THE INSTRUCTION BOOKLET??????? I OWNED A SET OF ATT PHONES JUST LIKE THESE MANY YEARS AGO & WITH THE INSTRUCTION/INFO GUIDE I COULD USE THESE PHONES & UNDERSTOOD HOW TO USE THE BOOKLET TO ANSWER ANY PROBLEMS I MIGHT HAVE. I GAVE THE OLD PHONES AWAY & WAS GIFTED THE REPLACEMENT I HAVE HAD RECENTLY. I HATE THEM DON’T...

AT & T Headless cordless
Even with a full charge this phone system does not hold a long charge off the cradle while using. Would not recommend it.

Cordless phone purchase feedback
The phones worked properly and the delivery arrived a lot sooner than was projected. The only issue that I had was that the battery cover on one of the phones wouldn't snap into place easily. I had to force it shut hence the cover isn't on as securely as it should be. Over all I like the phones.

Buying these phones was easy at my local Staples......Getting the right information on the delivery date got confusing because the e-mails I received were mixed up with differesnt dates than what I was told. But then they came a day earlier.

I love the phones. They were easy to set up and the voice clarity is great. They have everything that I needed call waiting/ID voice mail and caller ID.

Flimsy
My 25-year-old Panasonic finally died. I opted to purchase an AT&T phone b/c they are my land-line carrier. Very disappointed. The phone is flimsy. If you sneeze when using it you'll drop it or it will fly across the room... The instructions are hard to follow and frustrating. great phone
I always had good luck with AT&T phones and this is no exception. I bought a cheap VTech that was too light to fit in the charger and could only be used for 30 minutes at a time. Thanks Staples for all of the different brands they carry. I always do better with ATT
