Very Satisfied.
Bought this phone for my mom who is hard of hearing. She called me and I asked if she was using the new phone because the clarity was so much better than the previous phone. She told me that she could hear the person on the other end of the line more clearly even without her hearing aides in! She also likes the bigger buttons that are easier to see. Can't use on phone tree calls.
I cannot use this phone when I am selecting options from an automated phone tree. The automated systems pick up a noise from the phone that makes it sound like you've clicked an option. I've even tried to mute the phone, but to no avail. I've had the phone 5 months and this just started about 45 days ago, so of course my return window has expired.

Exactly what I was looking for
Easy set up; so far functioning exactly in the ways I hoped it would. Great feature to silence ("quiet mode" ) answering machine while not wanting to be disturbed. Ringer volume selection very nice. Have just been using for a week, and not explored all the features, but as of now, overall very pleased.

NO CALLER ID
I am on my 3rd phone, none of them will show the caller id unless you are already on another call. Other wise the phone is fantastic. However I have customers who do not always leave me a clear message. I depend on caller id to make sure I can call them back. So I am returning this one again and going with something totally different so I have all the features I need.

Nice phone!
I purchased this phone last year for my parents as a Christmas gift. The large numbers on the phone are a real asset, and the phone has been working well! I would definitely recommend this phone!!
