I love that the pen can be re-filled! though there were no refills ( in red) in the store -the order arrived next day.( wonder how it could come so soon why not put them in the store - save shipping???pretty big box for 6 tiny items -luckily there is a place where cardboard boxes are re-used here!... )thank you Staples

Too many refill Cartridges
I ordered two and got 20. Two boxes contain 10 refills in each box. This was not clearly designated online or on the box! Both Staples and vendor need to correct this. It wasted an hour of my time!

So happy!
I've been using the Pentel Energel Pen for years but just recently bought the refillable one. I had difficulty in trying to find the right refill for the type of pen I had however I was so happy when the one I ordered worked! Will definitely be ordering more now that I know which one to order.

Best inexpensive pen around
I buy refills for my Energel pens instead of replacing them because they are the best inexpensive pen around. Gel. smoothness along with the ability to write upside down (handy with a clipboard in the field) are great. Range of colors great.

Refill Please
These pen refills are great because they are for the perfect pens that I love and feel addicted to. Yay for refills and not having to buy the entire pen all over again.

EnerGel Refills
Best pen and cost efficient to purchase replacements instead of new pens all the time. No skipping smooth ink always. Comfort grip provides easy holding for writing.

Love them!
I actively try to recycle products as much as possible and the idea of using refills rather than buying a new pen is environmentally and economically beneficial.
