It's the perfect size for carrying hanging file folders to my meetings. It has the flexibility to work with Letter and Legal sizes, which is important because some files come in the different sizes from one meeting to another.

Really nice
This thing has some details (storage compartments in the lid for paper clips and whatnot) that I don't need, but it was as big on the inside as the official measurements. (The last box I bought was *not* and nothing I wanted to store fit. I appreciate Staples staff for answering this question before I bought this box.)
