Emergency Alert
As stereotypical as this may sound this product may have actually saved a relative's life. I bought for an elderly relative who has difficulty getting up and getting around by herself. Range of Remote Pendanty is Poor
I liked everything about the phone until I checked the remote pendant range. It is supposed to be "up to 100 Feet" this should have been adequate although of the pendant is behind a wall or door it would be less. Anyhow in my father's house it just about worked 20 feet from the phone with nothing in the way. The odd thing is it worked about 50 feet in my house. I figu...

On-Line User Manual Needed
The emergency functions of this phone could be very useful if there was a user manual available on line.. It's tough to buy something when you're not sure how it works.
